Rear Extension, Kitchen and Shower Room

Bedroom Partitioning
We had a great experience working with Mitch and Martin on our house renovation project. They removed two chimney breasts, installed steel beams into the attic, added new door and window openings, and built a new wall. Mitch and Martin made the process very easy for us from start to finish, helping us with everything from finding designers for structural drawings to sorting out council paperwork. The quality of the building work was impeccable, and we felt Martin and Mitch looked after our home as if it was their own, paying close attention to ensure all fittings and fixtures matched the Victorian style of the house. They communicated clearly throughout, and the quote was more than fair and proved to be excellent value. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Martin and Mitchell to friends and family, and would definitely use again for future projects!

New Bathroom and
Renovation Works
The team did a great job on all the works that we requested of them. They quickly and efficiently renovated our main bathroom, installed new doors throughout the house, created a new doorway from our porch into the garage, installed a new loft hatch with ladder and also installed a new build in wardrobe for our main bedroom. I would highly recommend Mitch and the team for any construction and renovation projects.

They completely transformed my outdated bathroom and kitchen, work was carried out to a very high standard. They have recently taken up my living room floor and insulated it built a custom made fitted cupboard around a very awkward water cylinder and pipework and decorated bedrooms, hall, and living room. .I cannot speak highly enough of M Squared Construction, if you’re looking for a reliable professional honest builder you need look no further.

I dont like tradesmen in my home, had bad experiences in the past. These guys came highly recommended so I gave them a try, they exceeded my expectations, clean, friendly and polite, workmanship is superb…would I use them again for my next project? Of course I would, they are now my go to builder….carry on with the good work guys and thank you for a job well done

Although a relatively small project, our kitchen refurbishment was completed with ease by M Squared Construction.
The main fitter, Mitch, was very professional, a good communicator & his workmanship was meticulous, paying attention to detail to get the best solution to any issues which arose.
